Please ensure that you have read the instructions on the mod post **THOROUGHLY ****before reading this or coming to the Discord for additional help.

1. Why isn’t the opening screen appearing at the start of my game? Answer: Make sure that you have the updated version of the mod. Ensure that you have mods/custom content enabled in your settings and that the mod is not too deep in subfolders. Also ensure that you have the right language installed. If you do not then it will not appear.
2. Does this mod require a pack? Answer: No this mod is Base Game Compatible.
3. Is the mod in X language? Answer: Currently the opening screens are NOT in all of the languages. Whenever I find them, and whenever I get some time, they will be updated.
4. I can’t open the folder/unzip the folder. What do I do? Answer: Try to drag the folder to your desktop and renaming it. If that doesn’t work, try dragging the files out of the folder onto the desktop or into your mods folder.

Other things to consider:

• Sometimes mods may stop working, which is almost always a glitch/bug on EA’s end. In this case, there is not much I can do. Try redownloading the mod and trying again.
• Sometimes problems with mods may be due to your game needing an update/repair.
• Try to avoid using OneDrive to download mods. There can be some issues when downloading and using mods there.
• Delete your localthumbcache often. This is located in your game folder.
